Over the last 10 years, Kim Richardson and Ausnix Design and Hosting have been involved in building managed websites for a large variety of industries.

Below are samples of some jobs we have done over the last 10 years.

Australian Labor Party

Since 2001, Kim Richardson has been involved with providing websites to the Australian Labor Party both on the Federal and State levels.

Apart from the websites the public views, there is also a range of private admin-only access websites that enable the Australian Labor Party to manage their websites and extranets.

We have always ensured that the Australian Labor Party websites met all of the current web standards and alp.org.au was the first political website in Australia to go over to a pure css table-less design back in 2004.

PriceWaterhouseCoopers

In 2005/06, Ausnix worked with the PwC TAMS team to build a new front-end to their Oracle based Telecommunications Asset Management System.

The new release boasted new dynamic client side features that greatly enhanced the usability and speed of the system.

Using bleeding edge web standards and the relatively new at the time AJAX technology, PwC were able to expand their customer base with the new features and up-to-date professional look.

Infinity Attraction on the Gold Coast

Infinity on the Gold Coast is an exciting tourist attraction that needed a new web presence that appealed to their target audience.

In addition, Infinity were also supplied:

an Online Ticketing System - using an online payment gateway and auto-generated tickets in PDF
a multi-user fully featured CMS (Content Management System) - ModX
Search Engine Optimisation for all of the major search engines

Unicentral & SouthBank Campus

Unicentral and SouthBank Campus are two student accommodation complexes based in the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane respectively.

Both clients required a website to describe the accommodation surrounds and facilities to prospective students. Both also required a student management system which would allow them to:

take application and deposits online
manage students and availability

Tamborine Gardens Booking System

Tamborine Gardens is a wedding reception venue on the magnificent Mt Tamborine in QLD.

The client required an internal system to track clients all the way from the enquiries process through to a wedding function and accommodation.

In summary, the application had to:

allow multi-user, audit-trailed access to a variety of levels of staff
allow staff to create and email quotes as PDF using the system
allow staff to convert quotes into real bookings
manage Chapel bookings
manage Reception bookings
manage Accommodation bookings
manage a bar and provide a POS interface for the bar computer
enhanced reporting on financials and details sales

Tangalooma Dolphin Tours Booking System

The client required an internal system to track bookings for any given day to a large number of tourism booking agents.

In summary, the application had to:

allow multi-user, audit-trailed access to a variety of levels of staff
allow staff and agents to access the system to enter bookings
enhanced reporting on financials and details sales
